I blow glass because I love the material, the science, and the art. I started glassblowing at the MIT Glass Lab and have taken classes in Boston and the SF bay area. I have also been to the Pilchuck Glass School in 2018 and Haystack Mountain School of Crafts twice (2012 and 2016), where I lived/breathed/worked in glass.

"wood" in glass on wood. I accidentally wrote "mood" first.
Trapped a glass ball inside this...which is harder than it sounds. You have to keep the bottom of the bowl cold enough so that the ball doesn't get stuck, but then heat the lip hot enough to close it up.
